The people of Pacasmayo made us feel so welcome. Francisco, one of the race organisers, kindly drove us over part of the course that I would run the following day. When we proceeded off road in his 4WD I realised my race plan and time splits were to be discarded! When they claim it is the most challenging off road marathon in South America, they mean it. ¡Gracias Maratón Internacional de Pacasmayo!!!!....Una linda experiencia, ha sido mi 3ra. Maratón, pero la más exigente, buena ruta, buena rehidratación, puntuales, el show de bienvenida, la vaquita yoleit, la premiación, todo bonito, y más....
